Email hello@fincalculate.info. There is no contact form here on purpose, this is a static site that collects nothing about you, and adding a form would mean adding a third party to process it.

Reporting a calculation error

This is the message we most want to receive. Please include the exact inputs you used, the figure the calculator produced, the figure you expected, and where your expected figure came from. The fastest way to send the inputs is to copy the page URL, every number you enter is reflected in the address bar, so the URL reproduces your exact scenario.

Confirmed errors are corrected and the affected page's last-updated date is changed. If the error changes results materially, the methodology section will say what was wrong.

Other enquiries

• Suggestions for new calculators. Useful, particularly if the question fits the pay-it-off-or-not theme this site is built around.
• Press and citation. Happy to explain any model in more detail, and to confirm figures before you publish them.
• Advertising. This site does not currently display advertising. When that changes, the privacy policy will be updated before any ad code is added.

What we cannot do

We cannot give you personal financial advice, tell you what to do with your mortgage, or review your individual circumstances. FinCalculate is not a financial adviser, lender, broker or tax preparer, and no correspondence creates any advisory relationship. For decisions that matter, talk to a qualified professional who can see your whole position.

Response times

This is a small operation and replies are not guaranteed, though reported calculation errors are looked at first and taken seriously.
